Dear Choir Alumni,

Plan to join us Alumni Weekend for Friday night rehearsal and performance on Saturday morning. Featured musician will be Rhon Carter, "91. He will be singing his Sons of Jubal signature piece "Midnight Cry" with the Alumni Choir and another selection of his choosing. Accompanists will be Sarah Montford and Marla Chalker. If you missed last year you will get to see the Hildegard Stanley Music Center (Hiddie Hut!) and view the results of your contributions. A big THANK YOU to each of you!

On the brochure link under "News and Updates" you will find the information about Alumni Weekend, March 20-21. Included is the Registration Form. This year all meals from Friday evening through Saturday luncheon are included in the registration fee. If you prefer, you may register and pay online in about TWO WEEKS. In the link you will find information about housing from Mrs. Cynthia Reese, our new Alumni Director.

"AmericInn of Vidalia has said that they will donate a room for our entertainment (Not About Us) if BPC alums book ten rooms. It is the nicest and newest facility in the Vidalia area, and they are giving a price break to any BPC alum who mentions he or she is booking the room to come to Alumni Weekend.

Other hotels giving breaks to alums include Comfort Inn, Days Inn and Mt. Vernon Motel. They just need to mention BPC to get our college rate. Check the college web page www.bpc.edu Alumni link for more housing information such as rates and phone numbers."
